✅ SEBI Grade A 2024 Combo Course.
Due to some personal work and also uncertainty about the generalist vacancy, it was not launched on time, but don't worry, we will come with this course in the new year, and as there are some confirmations that SEBI generalists are also coming, I feel that this is the right time to do serious preparation.
Yesterday it was a big talking on Twitter and also among Financial Newspapers. As it also aligns with the Government's vision so it was widely discussed.
Q. India is transforming from a nation of savers to investors. Do you agree? What steps are needed for further transformation?
Q. What India needs to do to become a developed Economy by 2047? (In sense of Per capita income, you can use agruement given Dr. Rajan last week)
Q. What is required by India to become $30tn economy by 2047? (Question is different from above one)
Should I get an EWS certificate for RBI Grade B?
All of a sudden, many of you are asking me about the EWS certificate because the cutoff for it is even less than the SC/ST category.
See, there are two perspectives. One that I have observed in the last 2-3 years is that the RBI does the scaling of marks in interviews, especially for EWS candidates, because if you would analyze the scores of people who cleared from EWS, last year it was around 30-35, and this year also it is around 25-30.
The second perspective is that if you are eligible, then you should definitely get the benefits of reservation. The margin in Phase II and III scores this year was 25 marks. So ultimately you would have got selected even if you had received 25-30 marks.
In any category you belongs, you should try to score 10-15 marks higher than the mains cut off, you would be safe.

My Favourite one, It does not matter if you fall down, it's whether you get back up or not.
There are lots of messages regarding girls getting higher marks in the RBI Grade B interview.
This is not new; the same practice has existed over the years. The RBI follows a gender-diverse organizational structure, and the number of girls getting called for the interviews is comparatively low as compared to boys, so irrespective of their performance, they get good marks, which means they are above 50.
Being a guy who worked very hard to realize their dream and left by just a few marks, You may say this is wrong, but there are many wrong things going on, and I feel they deserve to be promoted because the circumstances in which they reach there are really commendable.
My suggestion is always focus on things which are in your control.
After the score card, most people have the same doubt: how to manage the ESI objective?
It's simple: if you analyze the last three years of papers, they have focused on three things: Schemes (mainly Launched in last One Year), reports (UN, WB, IMF, RBI, NITI), and RBI/SEBI circulars.
Read PIB + Business Standard or any other newspaper, make notes, revise it multiple times without counting, and practice exam-level passage-based factual questions.
It may sound difficult, but with score cards, you must have understood that some people really worked hard and planned their success rather than being lucky. You will have to do the same thing based on your strengths and weaknesses.Читать полностью…
Three Different Candidates with Three different Approach.
Analyze how they managed to Qualify.
RBI Grade B 2023 Phase II and Final Cut off
Phase II - GEN = OBC = EWS
Final Cut Off - Gen > OBC >> EWS
Margin between Phase II and Final
Gen - 60 Marks
OBC - 52.75
EWS - 25
Means if someone has just cleared the Phase II cut off then in case of Gen Category he/she had to score 60 Marks in interview, for OBC - 52.75 and for EWS 25 marks. Based on previous year trend the margin has decreased for Gen and OBC but increased significantly for EWS.

Analyze these marks too, you need to understand what went wrong them and what could have been done to be on the positive side.
Learn from other's mistakes, you won't get that much chances to make them all and then learn from it.Читать полностью…
Based on the score card received till now,.
This time, it looks like RBI has done very tight marking in English descriptive, like we used to see in Nabard in the last 2 years. It used to be a scoring section in RBI Grade B.
Similarly, the other descriptive parts of ESI and FM have also been checked very tightly.
So the focus of RBI has now shifted to descriptive.Читать полностью…

In a significant move, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) introduced regulations to prevent banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) from utilising the alternative investment fund (AIF) route to 'evergreen' their loans.
Evergreening of loans happens when a bank tries to save a loan from defaulting so that it does not appear as NPA in its books. This is done by giving a fresh loan to a borrower to pay up an old loan.
AIF was apparently being used for transactions that camouflaged the real status of some accounts by borrowing additional funds through the AIF to repay the existing debt of group concerns. Hence, the RBI was prompted to bring directives to prevent violations.
The RBI said lenders need to liquidate their investment in the scheme within 30 days if the AIF scheme in which the lenders are already investors makes a downstream investment in any such debtor company. If lenders fail to liquidate their investments within 30 days, they need to make a 100% provision on such investments.
