Be prepared: This means knowing the RBI's role and responsibilities, the Indian economy, and current economic issues. You should also be prepared to answer questions about your own experience and qualifications.

Be confident: This doesn't mean being arrogant, but it does mean believing in yourself and your ability to do the job. Speak clearly and concisely, and make eye contact with the interviewers.

Be positive: Focus on your strengths and accomplishments. Avoid complaining or dwelling on your weaknesses, organization, or anything.

Be humble: Be respectful, courteous and Don't argue with the interviewers on any matter. Greet the interviewers with a smile. Also Don't try to be someone you're not.

Listen carefully to the questions. Take your time before answering, and make sure your answers are complete and relevant. You don't try to deceive them by giving answers which you are not sure about.

Remember, the RBI Grade B interview is more of a personality test than a knowledge test. The interviewers are looking for candidates who are intelligent, articulate, and have the potential to be successful leaders. So relax, be yourself, and let your personality shine through.

RBI issues draft guidelines on classification of wilful defaulters, expands definition of term, sets deadline for identification.

A borrower can be labelled a wilful defaulter for defaulting on repayments despite having the capacity to make them. This would also include those who have diverted or siphoned off borrowed funds.

That apart, those who fail to infuse equity despite agreeing to do so, and having the wherewithal to do so, would also come under this definition. It would include outstanding loans of ₹25 lakh or more.

The new draft provisions would apply to banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and all-India financial institutions like the Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard).

Banks classify loans as bad or non-performing when repayments are delayed for over 90 days.

I have already said this: Like in RBI Grade B Phase II 2023, in NABARD Grade A also, most questions will be from my notes, and I'm not giving 100-page notes per chapter, but rather 30-35-page notes. I don't believe in giving 1000-page notes and claiming all questions came from them. Then what's the point of having experience if you can't eliminate redundant information and provide only what is required?

✅ How many hours do I need to study?

I get this question in my mentorship programs as well as in general through chat: how many hours to study, what should be the study plan for the next 6 months, how to focus on studying, and so on..... 

My suggestion is that you just need these three things to crack any exam: consistency, determination, and a checklist. 

Determination: The most important thing is that if you want to do it, then do it seriously; otherwise, use your time to do something else in which you find interest. You don't need to tell everyone what you are doing; just keep working, and people will one day see your success.
 
Consistency: Here, consistency doesn't mean daily 6 hours of study; on some days it would be 2-3 hours, on some days it would be 8-10 hours. So, you just need to be consistent towards your goals, and whatever time you get on a day-to-day basis, utilize it well for getting the desired success.
 
Check List: I have discussed it multiple times. You can ask any serious candidate, and they will say that instead of making some fancy study plan for the next 90 days or 6 months, they just make a checklist for the next day and try to complete whatever is decided in due time. You don't know what may happen after 90 days, but you can hope that tomorrow will be a good day.

✅ RBI Grade B 2024: 6–8 Months of Planning is Must specially if you are working Candidate with limited time.

As you know, the RBI Grade B 2023 Interview Dates are out, and they will be held until December 8th, and accordingly, the result will be out in a week or so, and joining could be expected in January or February.

Based on the past year's experience and trends, notification comes in 80–90 days after the last batch joins the organization. Accordingly, we can say that notification may come in June, and there is also a general election at the start of 2024 (it is expected to be early).
 
So in all probability, you should be read for the exam at any time starting from June 2024 onwards.
 
✅ We have around 8–9 months left for serious preparation of this particular exam and leave nothing unturned and crack it in the very first attempt, or in 2024 for sure, for those who have attempted it before.
 
All those who are only preparing for RBI Grade B 2023, mostly they would be working candidates with a lack of time to prepare, so my suggestions would be don't wait for notification to start and end up buying courses that you don't even complete 20% of.
 
Plan these 8–9 months in advance, and even if you give 3–4 hours consistently on most days, I can assure you that you will clear this exam for sure. I find most working candidates especially bankers want to get out of the bank, but they lack determination. Whenever they get pressured, they show motivation, and once everything is normal, they again go back to their comfort zone.
 
Nothing has ever been achieved from the comfort zone.

You will have to get up early, manage time after coming back from the office, utilize free time during working hours for news and current affairs, and so on.

If you think that without doing all these, you can crack RBI Grade B, then you must be completely relying on your luck.
 
 I have already shared the RBI Grade B 2024 Simplified PDF a month back, read it and understand what Is expected and accordingly make plans to crack RBI Grade B 2024. I'm reachable for your doubts but it shouldn't be how to prepare, you should ask something significant on how to approach this exam and like that.
