Now you would say, why or how did i connected it with RBI Circular.
Check the Last paragraph of above image, it says RBI released a circular, and as it was released recently so thought of checking it, when searched, found, RBI also released FAQs in December 2023 which makes it more important.

I am getting lots of messages for interview guidance for SBI PO.
I'm really sorry guys, but this year, due to multiple engagements and an already ongoing NABARD Grade A Interview Guidance, it won't be possible.
There are few institutions that conduct programs for Bank PO and have expertise in guiding students. My suggestion would be to join that even if it's paid because you have worked hard to reach here and you won't want things to turn negatively just because you didn't do sufficient practice. Practice is most important part of GD and PI, more you do it, more confident you feel.
Another thing that I feel works well is to have a close group of 6–8 genuine students, with 1-2 having previous experience giving interviews. You can have discussions through Google Meet for 1 hour on a daily basis and provide feedback for improvements.
Also, I will see if I can make time for taking mocks for 10–15 people and will share the Google form to register.
I have many SBI PO in my RBI Grade B Batch, I will ask them to conduct 1-2 sessions with you guys to provide answers to your questions

✅ Psychometric Test of SBI PO
Experience of Student in recently held NABARD Grade A Psychometric Test: There were 199 questions sir divided in 4 sections... Section A had 23 statement based questions , out of 2 statements we had to choose one as per our beliefs and values. Section B had 120 questions. Section C had 10 and later section D had 46 questions. All questions had the same options in section B, C and D as strongly disagree, disagree , neutral, agree and strongly agree.
Most of the questions will same as SBI psychometric test of 2023. You can watch a video on YouTube regarding SBI psychometric test. The questions gets repeated as it is.

✅ What's the difference between Topper's strategy and Mentor's strategy?
I get this question many times that, sir, that topper said he/she followed these many sources, but you are recommending a lot more or quite less.
For example, as RBI Grade B is a current affairs-centric exam, most people have confusion about the right sources for Current Affairs. Like, yesterday somebody said that, sir, someone scored well in GA by only following AC 100 MCQs and watching Marathon videos, then why are you suggesting me to read Business Standard + your PIB Magazine + One Current Affairs Magazine?
See, people who cleared the exam tell you things that worked for them only; he or she may be good in XYZ subjects and also good at doing certain things, and based on that, certain things worked for him or her. During preparation, we don't know if this will really work out or not, so we do lots of things, and at the same time, due to lack of time, we don't do much and still clear the exam. So just sticking to one part of someone's strategy may not work out for you.
Meanwhile, when some mentors tell you to follow certain things, they do it based on what works for everyone, rather than working for a one particular person. Here also, you can take a few additional things if you feel you need more content for understanding and confidence in that subject.
So my point being, you should focus on making your own strategy, and that's why starting early works for many because you may be able to do some experiments with the sources, and once it's final, you should stick to it till the end.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution; each person has a unique experience and journey.
My Sincere Request to People those who cleared the Exam, guys while sharing your strategy through Videos or PDF, please put disclaimer or also mention some common sources and at the same time don't overwhelm the reader or viewers with many sources, because a wrong suggestion may cost an year to someone.
