In 2014-2016 I was involved in a Hermetic Order and then also joined the Martinist Order which describes itself as Masonic mixed in with what they called 'Esoteric Christianity', and I can confirm these groups have these ideologies and pushed them in the past.

There’s truth here but misconceptions too. The early American lodges were in some ways quite distinct from Europeans in terms of the characters in them and such. Without defending them, I do know in a bunch of cases people joined them as a fraternal org or out of necessity for networking or job ops, like how my nans widowed father had 5 children to raise as a single parent and chose to join the Masons lower order to get a position as a regional mayor to help provide for his family after being MGed in the leg in WW2. So while Freemasonry is forbidden and condemned, we shouldn’t think every Freemason ever was some Aleister Crowley type figure either but that it deceived nonetheless.

I can’t attend with my location but I’m happy to share this. I wanted to ask if there is a reason for the description about mostly for young ladies? Seems highly relevant for both sexes to understand. Spiritual women and female saints are some of the most underappreciated and forgotten of the Holy Tradition imo.

Perhaps things are not exactly as they seem. A significant number of the founding fathers and those involved in creating the American Constitution are known Freemasons. Even during the American War of Independence, a significant number of Freemasonic lodges, which were ultimately derived from British grand lodges, showed loyalty to the king.
