One of my mates goes to an ACROD parish in the South for instance, it's basically where those who were part of the diocesan community (East Slavic ex-Uniates) went around the States

to make it confusing for Americas sitch as Ik you are one, there also exists the American Carpatho-Russian diocese (ACROD) too if you ever come across it which basically was East Slavic Uniates (aka Eastern Papists who share our theological positions but are in communion with the Vatican - makes no sense when you look at the history like how one can venerate St Mark of Ephesus and St Gregory Palamas - some of the most strident Saints against Papism) who were received by the EP

strictly speaking, ROCOR is for both the Russian diaspora and other faithful in those countries outside of Holy Rus (Russia, Belarus and Ukraine). It was established after the Bolshevik Revolution, so that the White Russians fleeing the Bolsheviks and had to travel with their families across the mainland to Manchuria, north-east China and after that to an array of countries (primarily America and Australia) after the Communists came to power and before the cultural revolution.
So yes it is technically a large area, with the primate His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas being based in New York, but the amount of people in it is small for the communion, so they are generally a minority of a minority globally speaking.

Yeah not surprised to hear re MP, we have a joke from my time modding in an American server where we had people from all these listed jurisdictions chime in: ‘four priests walk into a restaurant (can’t get a drink at a bar as a priest). OCA was granted autocephaly by MP in 1970 and thus is its own jurisdiction as such, ROCOR is autonomous so it derives its legitimacy from MP (as it was started for reasons I mentioned above) but as the name suggests is self-governing and makes its own decisions separate from MP (they criticized some of the stuff coming from MP the other day in a statement actually)

MP has got a bunch more in their coffers then ROCOR as they’ve got over 100M in the communion and heaps of monasteries whereas ROCOR is a clear minority of that, still MP have parishes in most countries and thus the amount they can get expend to their distant parishes from Russia and the establishment of the Exarchate in North Africa, means they can have those kinds of issues come up.
