Just read what I sent, not trying to come off as a pessimistic debby downer. But in these times the odds are stacked against us. We should when we can fight back where possible in my opinion. What are your thoughts?

Insults, harassment, forgeries and gross violation of the law. This is the way how kidnappings and violent detentions of UOC priests by TRC employees occur.

🚨Today we will speak about Volyn TRC employees' trying to forcibly mobilize the deacon of the UOC Three Saints Church in Lutsk, Andriy Virny.

The clergyman, who is a father of many children and has the right to a deferral, was kidnapped and tried to be forced to break his vows through tricks and forgeries.

⭕️ On June 11, 2026, Fr. Andriy's car was stopped by TRC employees. They began to insult the deacon, calling him a "Zhdun", "moscovite" and "Moscow priest".
And this despite the fact that 4 of his brothers are military personnel.
That day, the priest was not detained.

⭕️ But 2 days later, on June 13, the priest's car was stopped again. Employees of the TRC stated that Fr. Andriy allegedly had to undergo a VLK (medical examination).

A TRC employee, Lieutenant Colonel Tonkorozhenko, stated that he could not issue a summons to the deacon and took the priest to the commission.

Father Andriy was promised that it would only take half an hour, and his car would be returned. The police promised to guard the car during this time.
However, this turned out to be a lie, because when the priest's relatives came to pick up the car, it was open, and there was no one nearby.

⭕️ At this time, Father Andriy was taken through the VLK. As it turned out later, the TRC employees forged his signature on the medical documents.

They had no right to detain the deacon, because he was not wanted. Already during his VLK commission, information appeared in the "Reserve" that the priest needed to be delivered to the VLK.

⭕️ After lunch, Father Andriy's wife managed to send the police to the TRC with documents from a lawyer. In the presence of witnesses, the deacon signed the documents from the defense attorney.

The law enforcement officers invited the chief staff sergeant to ask the reason for the deacon's detention in the TRC.
While seeing the police and hearing the question, he got worried. He called someone, and then came in with a smile, and said that they could not accept the application because Fr. Andriy had been detained by the Rozhyshche town TRC.

⭕️ Further, after the police representatives left the TRC, the priest asked that the company commander be called to hand him the application and documents. In 2 minutes, another employee came in, told him to take his things and leave with him.

The deacon and a TRC employee went outside, and another employee pointed his finger at him. The priest was put in an SUV and taken in an unknown direction. Already on the way, Fr. Andriy realized that he was being taken to the Tuchinsky training ground.

⭕️ At the training ground, the priest constantly declared that he had many children, and the employees demanded that he not say this. At the training ground, Fr. Andriy was registered as a military serviceman.

⭕️ On June 15, the TRC called the priest’s wife and began to claim that his signature on the documents from the lawyer was allegedly forged. They threatened to sue.

However, the deacon’s wife said that the documents were signed in front of witnesses, and the TRC employees immediately hung up.

⭕️ After that, they threatened that if the public information about the illegal detention was not removed, they “would not help him get out.” Obviously, the Volyn TRC was very afraid of publicity.
They were so afraid that they lied to journalists of "VSN" that the priest allegedly "agreed to serve himself".

⭕️ At the same time, there were worthy people and military personnel at the training ground who did not want to break the law and helped to release the priest.
⭕️ Thank God, Fr. Andriy was released. Now he is at home and continues his ministry.

❗️According to our sources, the TRC spent 200,000 budget funds while trying to mobilize the priest through deception and falsifications.
