Helicopter Council of the Aircraft Industries Association (1946)
Aircraft Industries Association (from 1945 till 1960), originally called the Aeronautical Chamber of Commerce (from 1922 till 1945) and now Aerospace Industries Association of America is a trade association dealing with, well, aircraft manufacturing and related accessories (missiles, engines, services) for defense-related purposes.
Back in 1946, when the usefulness of helicopters was first being seriously discussed they formed a council, and this is the teardrop shape that they imagined future helicopters will have.
I guess they were inspired by the car industry's aerodynamic designs at the time.
Needless to say, helicopters as a form of transportation to and from skyscrapers dwindled significantly after that.

Produced from 1959 to 1987. Over time different versions were introduced in order to counter Soviet fighters. In 2021, 412 planes were still in service, making it the tenth most common active fighter and attack jet.

Deutsche Zeppelin-Reederei actually still exists to this day, albeit due to revival in 2001, rather than continuous operation.
The original company existed from 1935 to 1940. This was their flag.
The successor company's flag is, of course, more bland, so much so that I don't even feel like posting it here.
Basically, they kept the globe and zeppelin and removed everything else.

Samsung SPH-N270 (a.k.a. The Matrix Phone)
Made in 2003 by Samsung, working alongside the Matrix filming crew.
It was released the same day that The Matrix Reloaded started playing in cinemas.
The scene in the film looks a bit like it, but this is just a picture of the heli pad that used to be on top of the building between 1965 and 1968.
Operated by New York Airways, it took passengers to John F. Kennedy Airport. They used Vertol 107 helicopters.
Due to low demand it was shut down, but reopened in 1977, this time using Sikorski S-61 helicopters. The same year, a helicopter crash on top the building took place:
On May 16th, 1977, a rotor blade broke off a helicopter, after landing gear failed on the front and the helicopter toppled over. The blade hit four people on the landing pad waiting to board, with three killed on impact.Читать полностью…
The blade fell down the side of a building and hit a window of the Pan Am Building on the 36th floor. From there, it split into two, with one part killing a pedestrian from the Bronx on Madison Avenue, while she was waiting for the bus. More pieces of the rotor blades were found as much as four blocks north from the building.

To clarify - as of 2025, Pluto is not classified as a planet.

Polish car produced from 1978 to 2002. It was produced in collaboration with Fiat.
