If you had to make a decision to free up some cash you can either collateralize your Bitcoin by putting up 2X your stack vs fiat loan or IMO the better option would be to sell the least amount possible and put into a product like MSTY.

I don't understand why people would want to risk 2X there stack for a measly fiat loan. Too many rugs in that scenario with too much trust. Trust is still involved in the other scenario but you can also increase your exposure on platforms like RH with Margin to getting 130% out of your stack potential vs risking 2X your bitcoin.
