Release plan:
On August 27th, the grayscale version of UTA public was released with UID ending with 0.
On August 29th, the full version of UTA public will be released.
On September 3, the full version of UTAPro will be released.
How to know if your account is UTA public or UTAPro:

Before change:
Regardless of the coin, if there is a change in the wallet balance, the balance of USDT and USDC will also be pushed
For example:
If there is a change of BTC in the wallet. In this case, the system will push the balance of USDT and USDC + the balance of BTC
After change:
Only the balance of this coin will be pushed, and the balance of USDT and USDC will no longer be pushed.

Removed fields:bonus, collateralSwitch, spotHedgingQty, locked, marginCollateral
They are useless fields for the inverse derivatives account, but if you parse them, please adapt this change.
