Hello, Bybit! #MFS
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude for the support service and the resolution of my appeal.
However, I have some thoughts and recommendations to share:
1. My appeal was in processing for almost three days. Before using Bybit, I only had experience with the Binance exchange, where I had only one appeal in 511 transactions.
On Bybit, I've already had three appeals in 80 transactions.
This is not an accusation, nor am I trying to slander you;
I merely suggest increasing the number of rangers temporarily to clean up the exchange from scams.
2. The lack of communication channels other than order chat (I will return to Discord later) is concerning.
Why call it a Live chat if it's just a bot that can easily be looped into being uninformative?
There are situations where one needs to reach a live support operator—there should be a communication channel on the exchange itself, not just in third-party apps.
3. During a wave of scams, you promote a 2-to-2 support chat on Discord, thrusting hundreds of people, whose assets are stuck, onto just two rangers.
Alright, resource conservation is one thing. Fine, you don’t feel sorry for those two support team representatives.
Let's talk about the exchange's reputation.
Primarily, a stock exchange's reputation is built on customer orientation and the speed of problem resolution.
Unfortunately, there are concerns regarding speed.
This brings us back to the need to increase the number of support team members. And more radical methods of combating fraud.
Blocking scam accounts—naturally, not all of them—but if the victim provides sufficient evidence, the scammer can be blocked. Why would the exchange want to keep such a client?
4. Lastly, regarding promotions and improvements—what’s the point of showing me promotions in which I cannot participate? Is it to tease me? I understand the marketing idea that I might invite friends who can participate, but why leave the button there? So that I just see the message and feel like, "Oops, you're not worthy"?😅

Hello Bybit team it has been 4+ months since the beginning of Bybit Community University, the 2 sessions have been better which helped most of us to learn a lot of information about the crypto space.
My issue is that there were rewards allocated to individuals who pass the question with good marks and since the end of the first session of Bybit Community University Season 1 no winners list provided no rewards allocated no information about it, until when should we wait? Or the event was cancelled? Please let us know what's next about it.
