I go to the bank owner of the ATM an says bybit never claim this transaction (is a local bank i talk a lot w them) they cant help me more. Good the case was completely deleted, i cant see in the history of cases is crazy

Im doing that more than 1 month ago, the Last mail was 14 days ago and says if i accept if the claim doesnt finish good i have to pay 50 USD, i reply accepting that and 2 weeks later i have no reply and my case was closed
