If you see your withdrawal request merged with an upcoming one, the system has joined your payout to keep the Withdrawal Timer to the Value-based regimen. The "In Work" status may appear as a report from the system, that your payout has been accepted by the platform and the merchant is awaiting the blockchain network to give us a clearance (calculated live from the mempool load).
As it depends on the blockchain network speed itself, the "In Work" status may stay for up to 12 hours after your initial timer is over.
If mempool is stuck with unconfirmed transactions, it may take slightly longer, but in the end, it'll come through.
Sometimes it may affect TRX & USDT due to a single user action database for all three main payment gates.

When you see the "In Work" report, simply let it stay for as long as it needs. Click on it to read more.

Rare occasion: If you have a withdrawal canceled automatically, order the same request again, as it means that our platform received no positive response from the merchant to push the payment with all the other ones. The best way to handle this problem is to become a merchant of your own. Yet this is not an easy task, thus at C12 we've done exactly that since day one. When it comes to such a rapid expansion we are having at the moment, one must follow a different path. With a team of trusted developers and engineers, nevertheless a proven record of delivering stable customer service for almost 7 months, we have finally reached an agreement with one of the most trusted payment merchant names on the market to expand our limits way beyond what other websites can do. As you can see, Bitcoin and some other Networks are having a bad couple of days with high fees and long confirmations.
Here are 6 Pro Tips to deal with the situation efficiently when it comes to C12 & Investing & Withdrawing:
1) Use Private Wallets for all operations (Deposits & Withdrawals)
Avoid sending from an Exchange service web wallet.
Here is a list of trusted wallets we can recommend:

2) Try to only deposit sums ABOVE $200.
We may observe the situation of network fees eating up 20-50% of the operation! Sometimes even more. To stay in profit while transferring funds, avoid small dust payments of less than $200.
3) Set the Highest Commission your wallet provider allows! Do not keep it as a default fee! It may cost you long hours or even days of waiting.
4) Pay your deposit invoice within 4 hours sharp!
It means we should have your funds sent to us, but confirmations may (and probably will) take longer.
You should not send us funds to the same deposit invoice address twice.
Soon as we have the transaction, you don't have to bother, but wait for the network to come up with at least 2 Confirmations before your investment goes active.

5) Set up your Private Wallet address for all the Withdrawals*, (*This step is optional, Binance works fine) and avoid getting multiple payouts at an Exchange service address if you had any issues prior. Private Wallets have less of an issue supporting the infrastructure and often can provide a steady static address that can be easily viewed and controlled.
Remember, if you have a direct payout link from us at your STATISTICS, "My Payouts" (click on the "Completed" status to review the proof of operation) a revenue will come!
You might have to wait a little longer for your wallet provider to clear the funds in your balance.
Give it some time! You know that C12 always delivers within terms, the rest is up to the network.
6) Spread the word!
Advise other Carnelian12 users and members of the blockchain community to deal with the problem collectively! This is an open market, thus it asks the Unity when needed! 🌎
Sometimes (rarely with small operations) we can see your payment, but cannot create a deposit because your transaction is not yet confirmed by the Bitcoin network due to the low network fee (12 sat/byte). It means that you sent us the money, but we have not received it yet.
If your wallet provider allows increasing the fee, you can do so and let us know when the payment gets confirmed by the Bitcoin network.
Ether your transaction will get confirmed when the market fee rate will decrease to normal and 12 sat/byte will no longer be too low, or your transaction will be declined by the Bitcoin network within 2-3 weeks and the funds will be returned to you.

Due to all the community requests and complaints on blockchain confirmation delays with outrageous fees taken by the network, we've developed a quick yet effective method of reinvesting the available balance without spending money on transaction commissions.
This feature has been deployed before the upcoming Friday update, celebrating our 6 Months anniversary on May 12th.
Description
To reinvest your funds, click on the "REINVEST" button beside your Available Balance.
Follow up the procedure just like with a regular deposit.
🧘🏻To Enforce Platform's Financial Ecosystem, right when you input the sum, the system will add a Processing Timer Countdown similar to your Withdrawals, before this new balance investment goes active and demands profit from C12 trading mechanisms.
• This method is not a direct Compounding but will remove the need to withdraw your funds before creating another deposit. Treat it as a payout deposit tool.
• Reinvestment will not become active right away, as it will have to go through a timer similar to payouts before adding as a new deposit, timing regimen is value-based as per withdrawals at FAQ. It will take from 24 to 96 Business Hours to deploy. (<$300 24h, $300-500 48h, $500-1000 72h, >$1000 96h)
• Balance Reinvest aimed to save up on fees in the first place, but you will get all the Affiliate bonuses similar to a regular investment.
• You can place up to 3 Active Reinvests at a time.
