About Pomodoro Technique -
Exams are approaching in a few days and with the festival season around, it gets difficult to focus on exam preparation.
This is where Pomodoro technique can be helpful! All you need to do is -
1. Identify task/subject to be completed
2. Start the timer video
3. work on your targets for 50 min with no distraction
4. take break for 10 min (do anything other than studying.. Walk around, talk to someone at home.. )
5. Repeat the process!
This way you can set focus on the task you want to complete without being stressed about it.
This video has preset the timer which is required for studying! Just turn on the video and start working on your tasks. The video has breaks every 50 min with alert tones!
