This is so naïve, like read Raoul Pal's post and then step back for just a second and really think that through.

Do you truly believe the worlds financial institutions that already have lightening fast tx rails as it is (speed isn't actually the issue) are coming to Web3 just to turn your fav blockspace into some rare commodity? It is such a ridiculous farcical concept. Some smaller players will run up L2's for the meantime but eventually anyone with immense tx requirements are going to deploy their own chains. Blockspace will never be a rare commodity, it is always going to be a race to as close to zero raw tx costs as possible, the value-add servicing and data infrastructure surrounding that blockspace are the valuable part of the stack.

Chains = distributed databases
Interop/data layer = the entire Internet
