One question about the led button behind the holoport: affects somehow the connection when you turn off the led throught that button? Im asking that because when you turn on the led again during several minutes the light blinks blue and then goes to "ok" status

Try this.
1 turn off HP.
2 remove USB.
3 Turn on HP and leave it flashing blue until it is solid blue.
4 when it is solid blue insert USB and let it work until the light is Aurora.
5 wait a few minutes and try to access your console. If this doesn't work you need assistance from the TEAM.

One tip as a fello Alpha Host. The help provided at - help@holo.host is second to none.

Turning off the LED for a certain amount of time will indeed result in the LED blinking blue for a while when activating again.

Its ok i sorted it out for the first holoport. I can go to host console login (even though i forgot my password)
For the second one its blanking purple (with or without usb key so I have no idea why)

Another reason to not ask for help here is that the scammers are starting to show up using Holoport Support as cover. Do not accept any Telegram DM for Holoport support. It is not provide in that fashion. Please go to forum.holo.host

The USB key is required for Holoport to function correctly. Solid blue light can mean the key is missing.
