Actually, it's been a long time since I looked at the back of my HP. It is facing to let me see frontal aurora. Also I log into console almost everyday and check its network connection with uptime robot App. So I don't worry. Later when I get home I'll check how mine are and I'll tell you. 🙏

24hrs normally or less. However considering how busy they are right now I'd imagine more. You could always join the forum or discord channel. In my experience , telegram has been good for a source of updates, but forum and discord are best for instant feedback or contact.

A restart would take what maybe 30/45 seconds or so? It will hardly touch your uptime imo. No idea why yours is doing that, hopefully you get answer on forum but I imagine all is fine if you can enter the dashboard etc. The app fzappa mentioned further up is good to have on your phone to track and alert you to any downtime etc

I am newly enrolled on the Alpha (extra 300), my Holoport is blinking blue for 20 hours now which indicates updates/new new install etc. I am on 0.1.6 and have been for a while, It has been on for over 12 months, I can still access the console and login to it. It has done this numerous times in the past and I know if I restart it, it will go back to Aurora. Why does it do this? Shall I just leave it blinking blue or restart. Like I say, this happens quite a lot but now I am in Alpha, I have to hit the 95% uptime. My start date on Alpha was 1st June so not a good start for me if blinking blue means it’s not available to devs (even though I can login to it. Thanks

Power button is on, blue/green aurora light in front cli shows all ok, but led lights on back internet cable plugs into are off.

Shouldn’t be a problem.
I took one of my Holoports to Columbia from Colorado last year. It was off-line for almost 2 days. I was still in the program afterwards. I did have to restart or reset the Holoport for it to be recognized. But the next time I moved it, it was recognized right away.

Hi mate, have you tried to re register? Just do the exact same registration and hopfuly you are sent the information again.
I'm sure this isn't as bad as it seems. I'm pretty sure we had a few issues like this at some stage and re registering was the fix

You could indeed turn off the HP LED if you want to. Although it could help you stay aware of your HP status if left on.
