Unfortunately we know that HOLO is targeted by scammers. In many cases, the team has also shut down scam groups. But unfortunately they are born like mushrooms. The only way is to block and report as a scam, and be very careful. HOLO does not offer airdrops, there is no TG support group and no admins contact you privately for any reason.

I cant see any other holo support group with a blue tick but maybe I already reported and blocked it 😂 fair point though. Personally I don't join any other Holo groups as I know this place is genuine. I suppose if your always looking for more groups etc then you run that risk

The message I got was to be registered by the 2nd and I was but apparently the registration was bot completed enough. Another very disappointing fact. A better detailed description would have prevented me from not finishing the process properly when it actually did say I was registered.

I realized today that the forum is the best place to communicate but its too late now. I had communicated there before but got this TG confused with that. Emails should have been recognized in a professionally respectful manner and they wee not, so I get shut out because of it.

The reopening of the alpha program lasted a couple of days because the 300 places available filled up quickly. I'm sorry you couldn't take advantage of this. Anyway, if you say this then you know there is a Holo forum. That's where you need to ask for help with HoloPort related stuff eventually.

Oh, I now see that you are an admin! What a ya know, an official response...FYI,that is why I would like some communication...I am, or I should now say, I was attempting to get everything going. I just moved to a location where the logistics work right for me to hook up my port and they happened to open the window for me to register and I was trying to move and do it all at the same time but it looks like they shut me out. And, without ANY communications as I tried to get it all sorted. Very discouraging to me. Especially after giving my support to this project since its conception, literally. Spending 1200 bucks that I would like to have back at this point. Everything was hooked up and operating but with no communications from the team and my console not showing any earnings, I have turned it off and will be likely looking to sell it now.
