This is just storage. Try the Microsoft azure price calculator. Add the app services and define a 4 core, 7GB memory and 50GB storage. This will lead to a price of $277/month.
On AWS you have a likewise price calculator. Depending on the hosts the price will vary of course but probably be way lower than the azure cloud solution
