If you mean HP alpha program, they are accruing real HoloFuel not test HoloFuel.

People in alpha program do not receive test fuel. They are simply accumulating HF amounts that will be paid in Beta

This happens every time you power on a HoloPort. A new HoloPort or a HoloPort that has been disconnected for a long time could blink blue for hours as it downloads all the updates. The HoloPort is trying to reach the internet. Note: this also happens during normal HoloPort operation from time to time.

Whatever they do out there is not official staking. From his question I understood the official staking platform, which does not exist for HOLO. Many projects out there have official staking (see AllianceBlock for example) 🤷
