Now there is alpha program with 1100 HP. For this program there is a salary (let's call it that 😃) of 10k HoloFuel/month if you meet the monthly online availability requirements. But it has nothing to do with what it will be from launch onwards 🙏

I haven't been here at ICO time, but all I read was clear, that HOT was sold as a kind of voucher for Holofuel.
Then why should it "go back to HOT" or why should HOT stay forever?
In my view no one needs HOT after the swap is done.
Why keep HOT on exchanges, if you can have HF? You said it yourself - it's an erc20 token: expensive transactions, slow, technology from yesterday.
You are wrong when you say it's comparable to wrapped BTC. That's a complete different thing.

At the end of the day these are great discussions & ‘issues’ to be having. Means we’re making progress, and can take a Let’s cross that bridge when we get there approach. Much more assuring than some of these other projects with no clear roadmap updates, no activity from leadership, & a pissed off community of holders… Progress, transparency, & optimism All in one is hard to come by in this space imo.

It's been a long time since i've been in these discussions but the discourse remains the same. HOT on secondary markets creates a competing index that can potentially manipulate the Holofuel ecosystem. I've been lurking for a while and don't remember anyone ever saying that HOT as an ERC would survive much longer after holofuel launches

Would you agree that by doing the ICO of HOT, the placeholder for Holofuel, team collected the funds in order to build this beautiful tech ?

And would you also agree that team by doing this ICO has taken on a certain responsibility to make sure liquidity for HOT/Holofuel is established and maintained ?
(They actively got us listed on Binance for instance)

"People will get creative" doesn't cut it once Holofuel is out there, and it's not even close..

We discussed this years ago and to me there is still no logic in the arbitrary 6 months period of swapping 1 on 1
The tech to make the swap is built, why not maintain it ?

That way we can keep HOT on exchanges for what it is, an erc20 version of Holofuel (comparable to wrapped BTC, tradeable back and forth with other tokens/currencies) and no exchange needs to list Holofuel, nor will any exchange delist HOT.

Maybe there are good reasons and I just don't see them, so if someone could explain it to me like I'm a Labradoodle ?


Also; I may be mistaken, but I do not recollect that during ICO it was made very clear that only Holofuel earned from hosting would be redeemable.
(and HOT certainly wasn't presented as "gift cards for AWS")
