I had something like this happen a couple of months ago. I was getting email announcements every 10 minutes. It was days before it was resolved. Some sort of glitch on their end. I don’t remember how it was finally solved. I had to set up an email filter to sort them out of my inbox until it went away. Did not impact my uptime reports.

It seems that the issue with the holoports "Holochain appears frozen, try re-loading the page and logging in again" is a small bug that can be solved very quickly and easily. No need to worry! It seems they are actively working on solving holoport issues since the launch is very close. I want to thank the team for their hard work and effort. We as participants don't see everything they do; many can only complain about the delays, while it's absolutely not easy to deliver a distributed hosting platform for distributed hApps. I'm excited for the launch and ready to contribute with my holoport to the start of the network!

From what I understand. This type of email thing can be common when TEAM moves a HoloPort from one test channel to another. As you could see (it solved itself at some point) there is no reason to worry 👍🙏
