What happens with HOT after the swap? Since it's a placeholder token, will the team burn 100% of it after the swap? If yes, CEXs will not be able to support the new token, since it's a separate network. They won't be able to simply add a new ERC20 token, since the technical implementation is completely different from a regular blockchain. If there are no DEXs and CEXs on Holo, how will users trade the new token?

Short answer: Holo will do the bridging between HOT & HoloFuel until there is other support.

While there are still no DEX and CEX on Holo, the most optimal solution is to have a 2 way bridge for ETH-Holo Network. That way CEXs won't need to implement new Holo infra right away. And new users will be able to bridge in-out and swap for USDT, etc.

No. HoloFuel is still in a testing stage. There is no Holo hosting yet either.

Any hApp dev who wants to grant traditional web access to there users will likely use Holo. Easier than trying to do it all themselves.
