There is something critical people must understand, and absorb it completely. Yes the Jack Smith case and the rest of the lawfare assault against President Trump has been defeated — but only temporarily.
The maniacs who devised the nationwide legal onslaught against President Trump showed themselves to be utterly devoid of basic morals, respect for the Constitution, our norms and traditions, and any sense of fairness or good faith. Most of the perpetrators remain employed, and all the tools remain for them to pick up right where they left off when, not if, they get the opportunity.
Hear me clearly: They will try this again.
That is why those responsible for these desecrations of our Republic MUST be held accountable. Those who coordinated the unprecedented legal assault against President Trump, J6ers, pro-lifers, church-going Catholics and others, must be made an example of. Many should be fired. Others may need to be indicted, perp-walked, and incarcerated. That's not retribution — it's justice. It's what must be done to safeguard America's future for our children. If you attempt to turn our home into a Third World banana republic, you must pay a very heavy price.
Our nation was saved by a historic confluence of miracles, but we will need saving again in the future, and we cannot simply move on this time. The same cretins will regroup, and a line in the sand must be very clearly drawn now.
Never again. Not in America.

President Trump is surging with young voters. According to YouGov, Trump has a +19 point favorability rating with voters ages 18-29.

🚨BREAKING: Jack Smith has filed a motion to dismiss ALL charges against President Trump.
The lawfare lost. America won.
SCOOP: Senator Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma breaks down the inside baseball of Senate confirmations for Pete Hegseth at Defense, Tulsi as DNI, and RFK at HHS.
HEGSETH — Sen. Mullin says Hegseth should be able to get confirmed given the police report clears him of criminal wrongdoing (and barring any other allegations).
GABBARD — Sen. Mullin believes she currently has 48 YES votes, with five Republicans who he believes can be convinced.
RFK JR. — Sen. Mullin says he has about 45 YES votes, but believes all 53 can still be convinced.
In other words, there are no hard-and-fast no votes at this point.
This is fantastic progress and means that with discussion and understanding, each one of President Trump's cabinet picks are well within reach of securing the 50 votes required (plus JD Vance as the tie-breaker) in order to be confirmed.
Absolutely tragic. Over the weekend, Texas encountered a caravan of 250 illegal migrants with over 60 unaccompanied minors. Among them was a little 2-year-old girl holding nothing but one piece of paper with a name a phone number.
Sanctuary cities enable and incentivize the most grotesque human rights abuses imaginable. They must be stopped, and the officials who obstruct ICE from doing their jobs must be charged.

Unbelievable. Over the past eight years, the federal government has funneled more than a quarter-billion dollars to study "misinformation" and censor Americans more effectively.
In 2016, the regime blamed "misinformation" and "fake news" for Hillary Clinton losing. In 2020, they blamed it for the public's opposition to tyrannical lockdowns, forced injections, and mask mandates. The regime has spent huge amounts trying to figure out how to make censorship "better" so that public dissent is impossible.
The Trump administration must abolish all of these grants, and fire the people who made them.
