If Daniel Penny spends a day in prison, then the Trump DOJ should:
-Launch an immediate investigation of the New York justice system, just like the investigations Obama weaponized against big city police departments.
-Immediately cut off the $3.4 billion federal grant going to the MTA, and all other federal funds — no taxpayer dollars should subsidize transit systems that let criminals terrorize the innocent.
-Similarly, cut off any federal funds going to New York's courts or prison systems.
-Issue a blanket ban against hiring New York prosecutors into federal positions.
Corrupt, rogue, and evil people who won't respond to reason will respond to pain.

In 2018, Adam Schiff introduced a bill to keep Trump from abusing pardon powers for his family:
“If the President grants a pardon in a case involving himself or his family, the American people must understand whether it serves as an effort to obstruct justice. This bill would make that possible and serve as a powerful deterrent.”

Poso: Correct. You can’t incriminate yourself if you’re immune to prosecution. Prosecutors often grant immunity to witnesses to force them to testify. Hunter Biden has a blanket pardon. He can be asked ANYTHING and must answer.

According to CNN exit polls in Michigan, President Trump won the youth vote (18-29 year-olds) by R+3.
That represents a WHOPPING 27 POING SWING (!!) from 2020, when Biden won the Michigan youth vote D+24.

A father should look after his son. Joe has been so mistreated by the Democrat party and disrespected, this is the one thing he's actually always cared about.

That may seem radical to the MSNBC types and corrupt career officials like Andrew McCabe, but that’s only because the DC Bureau root has become fundamentally rotten. Equal application of justice only seems “extreme” to those who have applied justice unequally for so long that they’ve forgotten the difference between right and wrong.

For local sheriffs who have long talked tough on immigration, their time has come.
Trump’s transition team is already pursuing new spaces they can repurpose into short-term detention centers near large, Democratic-run cities where most immigrants in the country illegally live. It is also weighing a broad mix of changes to give sheriffs more power, with rewards for jurisdictions that cooperate, and financial retribution against those in blue states and cities that hold out, according to people involved in the planning.
To leverage legions of deputies, the Trump’s team is aiming for a “historic” expansion of a federal program that gives sheriffs and other agencies certain ICE powers, said one person involved in transition planning. Under that program, known as 287(g) after the section of law that created it, the team aims to revive a dormant and controversial “task force model,” which until 2012 allowed officers from participating local agencies, during their routine duties, to question and arrest suspected noncitizens in the community on immigration violations.
Under one plan being considered, billions of federal dollars that currently reimburse nonprofits and cities for helping newly arrived migrants at the border would be redirected to local law-enforcement agencies that turn immigrants over to ICE, people involved in the planning said.
