I made a deposit of 1 Juv to my juv bep20 wallet address from binance to chiliz. After withdrawal fee, the amount sent to chiliz was 0.99juv. and am not credited yet. Does that mean my funds are lost? I actually made the transaction to test if it was safe to transfer to chiliz or use chiliz for trading. Now I can't find my funds and am hell scared to transfer more to the exchange. Anyone with similar experience?

I have sent a ticket that I want to reset my chiliz.net exchange account. But your team end up sending me link to reset chiliz.zendesk.com account password. Can one trade on chiliz.zendesk.com???
Secondly, why is it that "forgot password" on chiliz.net exchange is NOT working, yes the system sent me a 6 digit codes BUT it doesn't take EFFECT. Had it been the "forgot password" on chiliz.net exchange is working, I wouldn't rise a ticket and wouldn't be here complaining since 4days now.
