Case 1:
Let say
exchanges are borrowing eth from each other to show their proof of reserves
So if they (exchanges) borrow eth and crypto lender
Such as :
AAVE
Coin rabbit
Blockfi
Celcius
Even two of them those are celcius and blockfi, have trouble with their funds.
Let say crypto lender with big amount funds only AAVE, which AAVE probably exchanges destination for show their proof of reserve (this is my opinion)
The second question:
What will cex do to show their proof of reserve (probably except binance so far), at least exchange borrow money from crypto lender but if crypto lender zero funds?
we don't need to be naive, because CEX makes it easy for us to exchange our crypto into usable money in ordinary life.
So it means we still need CEX or no?
