Please check the following steps:
1. Check your deposit address
2. Check the status of the relevant wallet on CoinEx
3- For tokens that require a memo/tag, make sure you enter it correctly
4. Make sure you select the correct network for your deposit transaction.
5. Check your transaction status in the network.
6. Make sure your deposit amount is more than the minimum acceptable amount.

If all of these are OK, please submit a /ticket to Customer Support for checking.

Thank you for your question! Let me clarify how the process works for your PRE_HOLD tokens:

💠 If you already sold your PRE_HOLD tokens, you won’t need to do anything else. Your order has been settled through the trade, and any profit or loss depends on the price you sold them for. The staked USDT is linked only to the pre-minting process, and it will be settled automatically during delivery based on the final delivery price.

💠 If you still hold 140k PRE_HOLD tokens, these will automatically be delivered at the delivery time (4 hours after HOLD is listed on the spot market).

💠 The delivery amount is calculated as:
Held quantity * Delivery price - Delivery fee.
If the delivery price is higher than your staked cost, you’ll receive the profit in USDT.
If it’s lower, you’ll receive the remaining amount of USDT after settlement.
You don’t need to purchase the real HOLD token from the spot market to settle your staked value. Everything will be handled automatically based on the delivery price and your PRE_HOLD holdings at the time of delivery.

In short:
👉 If you sold your PRE_HOLD tokens, your profit/loss depends on your trade price.
👉 If you still hold them, they’ll be delivered automatically during settlement.
👉 No manual action is needed to settle your order.

Passing KYC is not mandatory except in the following cases:

1- If your withdrawal amount is more than $10K PER DAY ($50k Per month)
