I’m reaching out with an urgent request regarding an unresolved issue with CoinEx. Due to a platform bug, my deposit address in the system was incorrectly set, and as a result, my entire balance of 9,400 USDT was sent to a wrong address on the BSC network. Despite immediate follow-up, providing transaction details, and a formal letter from Iranian authorities, CoinEx has not responded meaningfully.
I am experiencing significant financial and emotional distress due to this. I kindly ask the admin or anyone here with influence at CoinEx to assist me in escalating this issue for resolution. If additional documentation is required, I am ready to provide it.
