Please advise, I am filling out a token refund form with the problem “Coins/tokens unsupported by CoinEx have been deposited” . There are a few questions:
1) in the column “Recipient Address For Deposit” I need to specify my address of the exchange where I deposited coins, right? (CoinEx exchange address) Because if I specify the address from which I withdrew (and to which I would like to return the coins later) the form will not let me through (there will be a system message “Failed to add deposit record to blockchain, please check your TXID and submit again”. What is the correct way to do it? I read the manual on the site, but still don't understand it
2) I am asked to upload screenshots to the form, but there is nowhere to upload them in the form. What should I do?
