ok thank you! I contacted customer service and they told me that in order to unlock the system and thus be able to make withdrawals, I have to make 2 deposits from 2 of the accounts used; each deposit must be exactly 5% of my CoinEx assets. I have to do this within 1 month otherwise my CoinEx will be frozen. Right now I have liquidity problems and don't know what to do.
