I think I may have mentioned this before ,however, Blacks Law describes a mandate as a request to perform a service, which you have to agree to do before it becomes mandatory, and is then only liable after you have first performed it after agreeing to it.
Therefore , it is meaningless for anyone to tell me I must do something that I have not agreed to because it is mandatory.

If one is being held until a signature is made, or feels that a signature is being requested under duress; signing your name with N/A or non-assumpsit can get them off your back with out obligating you to the terms of the contract.

Also I wanted to add
When the person in the ER comes around to have us sign documents, it is always digital now. So what we do is we request them in paper, we read and make additions and signature them.
We cross out “parent/guardian” where the name and signature goes and we write “Mother” and or “Father”
We also do still put “all rights reserved”
Sometimes they do still tell you you have to sign the digital one (I don’t believe you HAVE to but I haven’t persisted on that yet) and there’s not tons of room so I just use their code and put “My Name, UCC 1-308” basically all rights reserved.
I think I might begin to attach my own hand written paper work onto these records because there is SOO much in these papers, I’d like to just have my own clarifications attached if ever needed, especially when in the heat of the moment you already have it done.

For some reason I believe the ones in other countries more than here but also I have to just be vigilant about what I believe / hang onto.

We can discuss more about this case. One thing to consider is the appeal they did was using the US Constitution as basis for argument. Here is a screenshot of some questions and answers I did on Ai search.

From what I understand if one wanted to make an issue out of it, I believe charges can be filed against the one asking more than 3 times.

They can legally ask you for the ssn 3 times, after that it becomes criminal. You do not have to provide it. Read the back of the sd card, its not your property.
