Thank you. I think I'll stay with the no fee soliciters that I have e chosen that does aperenlty deal with police matters such as this one for the moment . Its hassle free for me too tho, I should learn to be able to take matters into my hand also. so That quest for learning more has just begun. 😊

I've just contacted a no win no fee soliciter and explained the incident to them. They have taken all the details down and I need to provide a copy of the disperse order and they will get back in touch if there is a case.
Should I still persue a DSAR request of the footage whilst logging a complaint at the same time or. should I just wait for the solicitors? I am assuming if there is a case, they will ask for all that information on my behalf as required regardless once a claim has been filed anyways right?
Were you videoing all this? Contact the Filth and request the bodycam footage of all the officers present.
You’ve got a solid claim for compensation if everything happened as you said. If you’re not confident doing it yourself or suing the individuals involved, Google for specialist solicitors who sue the police and you’ll be able to get a no win fee who will do all the work for you. These generally settle out of court in the sub £10,000 region from some cases that I viewed online recently.

It would be difficult in my situation too albeit for a different reason. It would be construed as offensive to the other party bc their understanding is on a different pace as mine.

You don’t need funds at this stage. Phone the Police Authority headquarters and ask for the details of their data controller then send that individual a Notice requesting copies of all the video footage from all the officers involved. You have the date, time and location and there will be formal records of the arrest so the data controller can find the relevant videos. Get the interview video as well.
If you aren’t comfortable making your own claim then it’s time to get a specialty solicitor who specialises in action against unlawful police. Once they’ve viewed the footage you’ll know if you’ve got a strong claim. They should be happy on a no win no fee basis if you have.
Hi John. Thank you for reply. I'd not have footage myself no. I was thinking of contacting whome it would concern, complaining about the incident indeed, asking them for full names of all the officers involved and a copy of their video footage in writing?
I can request this information /data under data protection act can't I?
I wouldn't really know what to do from then onwards to be honest. funds would be needed that I haven't got to take it further myself so.. probably best to get a no win no fee soliciter then.

I wondered if anyone could help me regarding an incident that happened in the UK this evening..
I was walking through the market with some head lights this evening selling in my hand. Had a rucksack on and it was an event on with lights ect..
I was walking through the market along the outside fence and one of the event organisers come up behind me telling me I can't sell anything here. I looked round as I was walking and told him I do not want to contract with you and kept walking.
He kept up behind me giving me threatening gestures. I just carried on walking through up toward the end of the market. . I see police officers and I walked towards them and then continued walking straight past them, giving an indication of what was going on with the fellow behind. ,
Anyways, the guys stops and tells the police that he asked me to move on, baring in mind I haven't even stopped at all.. So I looked round and had the old bill on my tail. Carried on walking till I got around 15metres or so towards the end and I turned round and they said '' we want to talk to you''. I told them I don't wish to contract and kept walking. Then One of the police officers got in front of me, grabbed hold of my arm and push me to stop. I looked at him and told him to keep his hands of me because that was assort. I told them again I do not wish to contract with them.
They asked for my name and told them my first name. He said last name? What for? I am not doing anything illegal and no crime has been committed. I was then detained and at this point more officers came and started surrounding me. They kept asking for my details and I askexthem why?. I haven't committed a crime. They said i know. We just need to know you name? Again I replied I am not obliged! Then this other officer said,well if you don't, I will arrest you for breach of the peace? For what I said Not giving you my name? I was then handcuff. told him this is completely illegal. He said it's not. It is I said, because I haven't done nothing wrong. It's not a crime to not give you my last name!! And it's not a crime for walking through a market. They searched me in hope to find something to justify the arrest and Asking for id. I have had all my personal belongings gings taken from me. Was searched then told that if I don't give them the derails I will be going to police station and my stuff will be siezed. At that point I felt forced. ended telling them my details. They checked it through hoping something would come back because they knew what they were doing was wrong and nothing did. The de arrested me and gave me a dispersing order for 48 hrs.
PS. At the end of the officer giving me the dispersing slip he mentioned that if I had just giving him my name to begin with he wouldn't of had to enforce pace act sec 51 or something?
But thing is I was already dispersing before they stopped me. I was heading out the area to were I wanted to go but as they already acknowledged I wasnt committing or doing anything illegal, then surly I was still within my rights from the very beginning making everything leading up to the arrest illegal?
What the crack here. Any suggestions? Tyi
From what I learned from Clint today, in the legal language solution means the end of contract. So, maybe it should be Solution of Marriage. LOL

What I'm asking is if two people get legally married and then come to an understanding of what that actually entails (the contract with the state) should they now undo it.

I believe it would be extremely powerful, to put in notice, or in way express on record (it would need to be both) that (you) do not require any benefit, nor wish for any third party interloper, and such action(s) would only cause harm.... I have not (yet) done this, but I intend to, as soon as I better articulate my thoughts. I always have something that needs to be done, and this definitely requires the cooperation (if not full understanding) of both man and woman involved (very difficult in my situation).
