Community is good I’d say get some people together and see how it all goes. I wouldn’t get too wrapped up in putting layers on top of Natural Law like this common law or that common law, Exeter court etc it just clouds up the foundation imo

Have you read any of the material offered here? Which common law? There are many. Natural Law is the most common of all laws. Our rights do not come from a piece of paper or any other person.

I taking the free standing man approach based on what I have mentioned. What best way would I need approach to do this privately and best possible outcome.?

I upheld my rights to my best albiity. In the end under duress and being cuffed I had to give my details in even tho I wasn't required as nothing criminal happened. Misconduct in office clearly happen in my eyes?

Thank you I understand looking back at hinde site that I could have maybe, as you say lessened the outcome. I did also tell him I was walking awsy up towards the end as I couldn't go back on myself anyhow. The event organiser was very aggressive with me too. Saying he would beat up a long them line. This was another reason why I didn't wanted to stop and engage further because I did feel threatened. That's why I walked closer towards the police for so it was recored on the body cams. I did think to stop and talk to them but in my mind, thought to just carry on because still I wasnt doing anything wrong.?

I think I have an understanding of the events and I will offer this bit again. A better result could have been had by simple conversation with both the first fellow you had an exchange with and the police. Taking the time to make him aware that you are leaving the event could have lessened his desire to escalate the situation. There is a lesson to be learned from your actions as well as action of others with you experience.

That is an interpretation yes.
This is a piece from the Community Law page.

The court is based on Sui Jurisdiction or 'stand in your own right' which simply means that each party puts their case before the jury with the help of the appointed judicator.

Any Sui Juris Court can command transfer of a case from the Roman (or Maritime) Courts to the Community Law Courts for trial by a jury. A jury consists of 13 sound-minded women and men. Basically, any woman or man who has a case or a claim can command that the case is tried in a Community Law Court. Using a jury of 13 allows for the creation of law in each case as opposed to the practice of law which cannot create law. Real law is only for the creations of the creator of living flesh and blood without separation. Kindness and mercy are applied in every case.

The common law part, I would agree with you.

The community court operates as sui juris.
And tried a case under natural law.

The common law confuses the issue.

Being new to this group I have not studied much on here.

The common law mentioned is common law that is exercised in or through the community Law Court.

The natural law is what we live by and run on.
Our rights which are natural rights, which are our birthright.
And cannot be governed by pieces of paper.

And Inalienable that cannot be removed either.

Would there be an interest for any of you here to look at forming or becoming part of a community or community Assembly?.

Using an established framework based on natural law and our rights.

This is not my idea by the way.
It has already been established  and is growing well in Britain and abroad.

It is about establishing a cooperative network of self-determining communities in counties across the Britain and abroad.

Following the natural law and the common law and having at hand the  community Law Court in Exeter.

Collaboration from the peacekeepers and England Assembly.
And also has training for community peace service and community peace constables further to peacekeeper training, which is free.

Not forgetting the health initiative side of things, but this being a law group, not sure that may be of interest to you.

Here a prime example of what we explain on the podcast and in this group. "....they would classified as ‘minor injuries’ as per the Judicial College Guidelines". When acting as legal person (in any form), they can define the person and just decide those rules do not apply today. When Standing as Wo/Man, I define I and their "guidelines to not apply and are not relevant. Thank you for sharing this CJ.

Given the injuries that you have described, we take the view that it is likely that they would classified as ‘minor injuries’ as per the Judicial College Guidelines for the assessment of damages in personal injury claims.
 
Further to the above, even if we could show that you had sustained a minor injury as a result of the accident, it is likely that the claim would fall into the Small Claims Track as the value is less than £1,500. As the Small Claims process is designed for individuals who are not legally represented, Solicitors fees are not recoverable. We therefore could not act for you on a No Win No Fee basis and while you could pay privately I cannot recommend this as I do not think it would be worth your while. The cost would outweigh the likely compensation you might recover.  You would be able to look to make a claim in the small claims track via the link below:

What I am getting at is the point that is made in this group and on the podcast, it is better to stay out of court. Calming the interactions we have with others is one of the biggest threads to obtain that goal.

Hi Jj. Thank you for the warm welcome. My knowledge in standing as a free man is very limited. This is something I will need to study on further so I am able to deal with such matters myself.
I also apologise if my written English hasn't explained my situation clearly of the matter at hand. This will also hopefully improve as it will also give me a better standing when dealing with such matters in the future.

I have gone down the legal route for now because as I mentioned, at the moment it seems hassle free until I gain a better understanding as a free standing man.

I have expanded my situation to a legal representative that offer no win no fee. I am waiting on an email so I can then send them the requested information a copy of the disperse order and then wait reply on the next move.

I did try at the time of the incident to not engage in any contract leading up to them stopping me and that was made very clear.
Where I was and what I was doing wasn't illegal or committing any crimes. It was simply the event organisers not a proving of what I was doing and that was walking along on the outside of the event fence trying to sell some lights. When the event organiser came up from behind me as I was walking along, I said to him I don't wish to engage neither before I even past the police. I deliberately walked towards the police so that it was clearerlu seen on their body's cams as video evidence I was just walking along minding my own business being followed. I then carried on walking past the police. . That's when the event organiser said to the police I was refusing to leave but clearly that's not true because I am seen to carry on walking from one end to the other. The police caught up and ask me to stop and talk. Everything else regarding what happened there after with the police is what happened.

Hello Cj, Glad to have you join the group. I have read your posts and don't follow some of what you have written because of the difference in language usage. My apologies if I have not understood you fully. From what I can understand a simple conversation without any contempt from you would have had better results. That being said, what's done is done. As you have read in the welcome message we do not give legal advice in this group. Now you have a decision to Stand as Man or continue to act as legal person. How much of the material we offer in this group have you read or listened to? Having a firm understanding of the basics will lend to help you in your Standing if you choose.
