Price comes to that lvl u open short, thy cancel limit order, price continues to pump , they have their big shorts placed higher, u get liquidated or cancel order, they have their order filled, u long because u saw break of swing high, and u long but the price goes down because they are nao selling in matket order...it what happens every minute in market
