Or the 'application' - e.g. USDC which is what the user directly interacts with
I do recognize that there is a fundamental psychological element involved here in spending by the user
e.g. omg the sourdough looks so good I want to buy
so even if the agent says 'no you are too poor to afford this fking loaf of bread' - the user might still go ahead to spend on it
