How to bypass "cannot be displayed" error
1. Download telegram client for PC, then login into your account
2. Go to settings > privacy and security
3. Turn ON the option called "Disable filtering"
If this guide not working for you it means you have some restrictions on your telegram account due to your country. You just need to create (or change phone on your main acc) another account using temporary phone number from countries for example USA, Russia, EU.
Dont forget to turn on PASSWORD PROTECTION (2FA) on account registered by using temporary number!
