Good comment by Endeavour. I have been saying this for years. Russian disinformation is not intended to convince any intelligent person, but to confuse. That's also why the Western Russia-shills don't make any sense - they are just repeating a hodgepodge of contradictory narratives. Their only purpose is to create chaos.
That goes for the lowest level dumbasses like Tim Pool... to mass media psychopath opportunists like Tucker Carlson... to more intelligent charlatans like Alexander Dugin, appealing to the quasi-educated bourgeoisie.
Russian propaganda is squid-ink-ology: they are squirting out ink (writing, radio, tv, etc) to confuse, like a squid. It's not supposed to be coherent in any way. It's supposed to be garbage all the way from top to bottom.
I'd only add that it's not just Russian propaganda aimed at the West (like RT). Even Russian media in Russian, aimed at their own people, seems to have been like this since... forever. Which Mark Weber and I discussed some months ago. Russians I know barely pay attention to Russian media because it's just noise without any connection to reality.
I did a recording for members a couple years ago, discussing Russian subversion of "the Right" in the West. Considering how this topic is blowing up now in the media, I'll find it and make it available to the public.

Tenet Media owner Laruen Chen, now indicted in a Russian influence operation, was incessantly posting pro-Russian takes on her Twitter account.
And they called us kooks for pointing out how all these "alt-media" influencers, who knew nothing about Russian politics, started simultaneously parroting pro-Russian talking points.
The "alternative" media is owned by Russia.

I've been saying for years that Russia has been dumping money into "alternative" media spaces to buy their support. Started with the Alt-Right getting co-opted by Dugin and Charles Bausman. Anti-Zionists aligned with Assad, Iran, Hezbollah also on payroll. All of these "dissidents" are looking for a payday and the Kremlin is willing to splash some cash.

…why does this only happen to the family of White shooters when “ethnic” minors in major cities across America commit acts of gun violence that meet the standard of a “mass shooting” every weekend.
The impression I always got from RT (which is run by the Russian state) was that its goal is to create paranoid conspiratards who are distrustful of Western institutions, but who don't have any coherent worldview of their own. I once met a guy in Saint Petersburg who worked for RT Germany and he basically admitted to me that this is the purpose of the outlet.
Tim Pool's content serves a similar purpose. It's an endless stream of clickbait and outrage porn. Almost every video has a word like "COLLAPSE", "IMPLODE", or "BOMBSHELL" in big red capital letters in the thumbnail and he has developed a habit of predicting a civil war in the US every time there's a new "current thing" happening on social media. Yet Tim Pool doesn't really offer any kind of structural criticism of Western liberalism or advocate an alternative worldview. He just gets the audience outraged over whatever is in the news cycle any given day.
According to these documents, commentators like Dave Rubin, Lauren Southern, and Tim Pool were being paid by Lauren Chen with money she received from individuals working with RT. That would suggest that promoting this kind of content is a strategy of the Russian state.
Here's a good rule of thumb when it comes to Russia-related media. If it was originally written in English (or any other language), rather than having been translated from Russian, be skeptical of it because that means that it wasn't intended for a Russian-speaking audience, but a foreign one. Dugin's Twitter/X account for example, has posts in almost every language except for Russian and it's on a platform which is blocked in Russia.

"The indictment reveals that Kalashnikov, 31, and Afanasyeva, 27, who were employees of Russia's state-controlled media outlet RT, played pivotal roles in funneling nearly $10 million to a Tennessee-based online content creation company, referred to in court documents as U.S. Company-1. The content company, unbeknownst to its viewers, was funded and directed by RT to produce pro-Russian videos aimed at American social media users. This company is believed to be TENET Media, who touts right-wing hosts Lauren Southern, Tim Pool, Benny Johnson, and others, as part of their roster."
