So its proven the system isn't fit for purpose. When reports such as the obvious satirical hulk report are hanging around the system for so long its clear the system is kaput and need fixing or replacing. How many non-obvious reports are there in VAERS? How many antivaxxers filed fake reports believing what they were doing was for the common good? When you have the likes of Jane Ruby spreading a doctored video of the head of Pfizer as a legitimate tactic who is to say her army of moronic fans wouldn't submit fake VAERS reports 'with honorable intentions'?
The system is fucked. Healthcare providers should be compelled by law to submit reports on every single adverse reaction to a medication and legal procceedings initiated for every incidence of failure to comply.

It's all theatre. The lawyers make an eye watering sum for their efforts but essentially there is no punishment for big pharma. No deterence to force them to learn from mistakes and produce safe and effective products in the future. Its all a scam and the people are being fleeced as was planned all along.
The only legal battle worth fighting is the one to force the government to drop its liability waiver against big pharma for vaccine damages. Big pharma must be forced to either admit they cannot produce safe and effective vaccines or prove they can with full liability hanging over them.

Filiing a fake or false report is a federal crime, and that is what he did. There is also a 4-6 adjudication process where VAERS is suppose to catch duplicates, fake/false reports, request additional data if necessary and adjudicate.

The article was primarily that Dr. Laidler filed a false VAERS report to prove a point. The report has since been deleted by VAERS. That was the primary point. What dude thinks about autism and/or therapies was kind of outside the scope of the article. He's an anesthesiologist who also had training in virology. He had agenda for wanting to sabotage VAERS. Not only that but his public facing info as a supposed physician in good standing is very suspect. The guy is shady, and he committed a federal crime by filing a false VAERS report. That's the main point.
