But issue of banking apps without root exists

I don't know then. I personally would go back to stock.Test the issue (set a pin). Then if all okay, remove the pin, reboot. Make sure you can get in without a pin..then install cleanly as per your maintainers install instructions.
Also can you think about what you want to write and just put it in one post please. 10 posts that could have fitted in 1 or 2 posts is easier to read and causes less of a flood. Its not like a private chat where the conversation is between two people and it would matter less
Is everyone else reporting the same issue in your device group or xda thread? If they aren't then its unique to your device and its setup.
If you don't have a maintainer or maintainer has dropped support, you are unlikely to get help with it from. You need to rely on other users on your device finding a workaround

Using live voice on another lineage based rom, I can say there is no such issues on my machine. So this makes me think something is wrong with your specific device port configuration

Dirty flash is when you install an update without formatting or wiping the data partition. Dirty flash therefore means no loss of files if you do it correctly.
Clean flash is when you format the data partition. This therefore means loss of files unless you have backed them up to an external device like a computer or otg storage device
There is only a few times you may need to clean flash.
-When going from one major version to another like android 13 to 14.
-When downgrading.
-When your device maintainer says it's required because of changes.
-Maybe other times
Obviously we can't account for every user configuration...so backups are still advised when dirty flashing (Your device, your files, your responsibility). If something doesn't work after you dirty flash, then a clean install following your maintainers instructions and files normally gives you the same experience as everyone else who follows those steps.
Reading in your device specific support group will give you the most accurate answer for your specific device.
