It is a setting that is enabled.
If it came from your screen recording app, try force stop, clear data or uninstall.
If it came from system, you have to find it and disable it. I am not very sure what it is called at moment.
I think it is some feature, hightlight where you touch in order to capture where you touch it.
It is useful for making tutorials.
anyone please , i was screen recording my device , suddenly a small app crash happen and even after closing the recorder that white spot on the tapped area is being apperaring , even after restart

NOTES:
1. Need flash ROM, additions and this zip via TWRP based recovery
2. OTA works fine on both (TWRP and AOSP) recoveries
3. Need format data if your data already encrypted. Another way dirty flash will works fine.
4. This is optional. If your don't need this and don't know what is this, just don't touch it.
V2 Update notes:
- Now script will warn you if its not flashed successfully or OTA script dead.
- Now also it works on crDroid recovery, but OTA script creating dead on it, so use TWRP based recovery for flashing this (for OTA)
- It will be work on every recovery
V3 Update notes:
- Added Android 13 support
