🌑 Obscura Chat, a first look.
I know it's been quiet. The app has been sitting in the store for years without a real update, and I know a lot of you stopped believing one was ever coming. I don't blame you. Most of this space has given you every reason to feel that way.
But earlier this year I sat down and started over. New design direction, new foundation, built properly this time. Not because anyone was watching, but because this project deserved it.
Luna Chat is becoming Obscura Chat. V2. Rebuilt from the ground up.
It's encrypted. It's fast. It looks the way I always wanted it to look. Voice, video, messages, sending money, group chats, files, and much more.
The update drops at the end of this week.
I'm not going to pretend this fixes everything or that the road ahead is easy. But this is proof that something is still being built here.
If you've stuck around through the silence, thank you. Genuinely. You're the reason this got finished instead of abandoned.
Almost there. We go from here.

2. Design improvements of web clients.

Alright, let's stop the finger-pointing and keep it civil. Arguments won't change the technical limitations of the platform.

To be clear: We will NOT be manually failing or deleting any successfully completed tasks. Penalizing active users for being early is not an option.

The 'fairness' here is simple: the limits are hit, and we all wait 4 hours for the reset. No further discussion on manual task deletion or individual 'fairness' will be entertained.

Let's wait for the cooldown and move on.

"Limit reached" just means we have to wait for the weekly reset (in 4 hours).

Once it resets, you can jump right back in.

It’s not unfair, it’s just how the platform handles high traffic!
