Reason to close the Long trades- There's no movement in alts coins right now. 🚨Bitcoin and Crypto Market: Deep Analysis🚨
In today's analysis, we discussed the next possible scenarios that could play out in different situations.
➡️Bitcoin Technical Analysis:
Currently, Bitcoin is trading above $67K and is facing resistance around $68K. It’s expected to consolidate here for some time before the next leg up. The major support for Bitcoin is around $64.5K–$65K.
➡️Bitcoin Dominance Update:
Today, Bitcoin's dominance reached almost 59%, which is the highest level since April 2021, as shown in the Bitcoin dominance chart. The major resistance for Bitcoin dominance is around 60-61%. An increase in Bitcoin dominance means money is flowing from altcoins into Bitcoin. If Bitcoin continues to perform well, we will see that altcoins look weaker compared to Bitcoin. This scenario is currently happening, with most altcoins in the red while Bitcoin is trading above $67K. This is due to money flowing into Bitcoin for the short term to enjoy the Bitcoin ride. Once Bitcoin reaches a certain level and then moves sideways for a while, we will likely see money flowing back into altcoins, and Altcoins pump one by one.
➡️Possible Bitcoin Dump Scenarios Based on Fundamental Analysis:
1. Geopolitical Risks: If the Iran-Israel conflict escalates again, we may see some corrections in both the Bitcoin and altcoin markets.
2. Tesla's Bitcoin Movement: Recently, Tesla moved all of its Bitcoin holdings to different wallets. There are two possible scenarios here:
• It could simply move for the security reasons & not to sell their bitcoin holding.
• The second, more significant scenario, is that Elon Musk might sell Bitcoin to invest in Donald Trump’s World Libertyfi Project. This project is raising funds, with a target of $300M, but has raised less than $10M in the first 12 hours, only 3% of the total goal. Musk supports Trump directly in this US election, and if this project fails to raise the fund means this impacts the Trump image for this presidential Election. So, ELON MUSK sells Tesla Bitcoin holding to support this project, it could affect Trump’s image, especially for the US election which is 20 days away.
➡️If Elon Musk sells Bitcoin, the crypto market could be significantly impacted. Although Tesla’s holdings aren’t massive, the impact of this news could be far more significant than the actual amount of Bitcoin. If Elon Musk does not sell their bitcoin holding in that case Altcoins will only regain momentum if Bitcoin breaks major resistance and after that moves sideways for a few days, which is allowing money to flow back into altcoins, causing them to pump one by one.
