if you think its unauthorized usage eg. someone has stolen your card details, freeze the card in the app and call their customer service to close it and receive a new one

there are two types of refunds: removing the original payment and the other is sending money as a new payment to the card, when the new payment is pending the balance might not represent the actual one until the pending payment is received
