How were able to do it again because I tried to do same but couldn't. They have the person information already, so when I try to sigh her up again, it identified her as an already existing customer and redirect her to her account. The issue still remain same as her verification process is still ongoing for ages.

Hi everyone, please I need help. I referred someone to crypto.com and after the person has finished signing up, she was told to wait for 2 to 3 days to verify her identity. However, it has been more than two weeks and nothing have been done. She can't practically gain access to her account, talkmost of trading anything. I have written to the support team but non seem to attend to the issue. This issue is frustrating me and the potential customer. Please, I need help on how to resolve it.
