These guys have been doing this for about 2 years. I've had several calls from them myself, as well as many others from all different countries. They sound really convincing, and they usually have your number, full name and email address.

I suspect they've obtained it from some 3rd party breach - the database they have is quite old, they read out a home address to a guy recently and he hadn't lived there in like 3-4 years.

Curve suport has always been okay for missing rewards. Takes a few days but mine have all been sorted and i prefer curve over cashback sites ( use both anyway but sometimes cashback sites do not pay out if you use curve )
