Not gonna lie Bulls are really strong. They are buying the dips every opportunity the market provides.

We are looking at a potential new Higher Low on the 4H timeframe. This breakout and retest has now given BTC a new support level.

$XRP update:

Healthy consolidation at the $0.6 price level.

We have a bull flag forming on the Hourly and 4H chart. The past four days were good to reset the momentum indicators and this is now a great buying opportunity.

Anticipating a breakout out of this resistance zone/line and I risk targets of $0.75.

Bitcoin has reached the Fibonacci .618 level.

While the major trend remains bullish we have decided to take profits and sit on the sidelines untill more information is present.

There is a 1000$ CME gap that will open in 6 hours.

With a 50/50 chance on this gap filling immediately or sometime next week. Too much of a risk to take a position.

BTC has bounced back to $17,400 exactly as anticipated from this correction. However the climb up wasn’t as strong as we would like it to be , with volume being very weak.

This shows bears have much more control of the current trend.

Crucial resistance must be broken at 17,450 must be broken with high volume to see newer highs. Otherwise market will flush right down to 15,750

$ETH Update:

Markets have rejected at the all time highs. Currently bulls have lost momentum in the short time frame , we have a bearish divergence as well as a Bearish MacD cross on ETH.

These are very strong signals that shouldn’t be ignore.

However I am not concerned.

Still very bullish targets of $800 ETH in full affect.

We shall see ETH correct into the support cushion at $520 which also coincides with the Long term bullish channel support. Meanwhile BTC will fill the CME gap.

Don’t Short. Be patient and keep buying the dips

This seems to be the last leg of the move as 29 RSI on the 4H chart is historical the bounce level after a flush like this. A regression to the 12 EMA is where this rally would form a higher low at 17,400.

However I want you to pay attention to a possible scenario where the bulls will get tested one last time and that will be when the rsi curls up and forms a double bottom before finally starting the rally. Don’t get shaken out

This “crash” was caused due to the folllwong reasons combined.

1- Coinbase shutting down margin trading causing people to FUD
2- OkeX users liquidating there assets as they were held in the exchange for months with no option to withdraw
3- US hedge funds and institutional traders are out of the market due to thanksgiving.
4-And lastly the most obvious reason.

All the technicals no matter how you looked at it were overbought calling for a massive reset to the momentum indicators and a regression to the 21 day MA. (The MA in which a healthy correction goes back to)
