general opsec principles:
- do not keep all your money in one place (address, CEX etc..)
- do not use e-mail adresses with your name in it
- do not click unknown links from non-trusted sources
- do not download any .exe
- communicate with people from a basis of distrust and see over time who is trustworthy (many do it the other way round)
- use hardware wallets
- use steelplates for seed phrases
- do not store seed phrase at home (bank vault is best, and encrypt it with an algorithm only you know so not even a corrupt bank employee can do smth)
- use 2FA on all your accounts
- be careful who you doxx to
- use decoy wallets with small sums in it in case of home invasion to avoid torture
- build competence in violence

Market condition has a small yet measurable impact on the success of a token.
The only meaningful correlation to market condition appears above a 120-day market, implying that if you can forecast a 120+ day bull market with some certainty, it does probably make sense to launch a token.
