Anyone has issue with koinly and ledger/trezor past week ?

I use API to connect my trezor on koinly and see all trx.
Been over a week when I SYNC my wallets there are many trx missing.

Unless he is okay with subjecting himself to a default judgment, he has to provide an official answer to the allegations. This answer is something that is published.

To say that he might never publicly address the situation, at least through the court system, is beyond crazy.

No, they are not voluntary in the USA. WE won't discuss that here. If you want to talk about tax minimization strategies, where tax rates are better, etc, then you are good to go. But the whole concept of taxes being optional is not legal.

When filing taxes for crypto. In the case in an audit won't all you need to have on hand are the transactions from when you bought and when you sold?

For Example: Most people bought Pulsechain this year and most people will sell during the peak sometime late 2025. So wouldn't you need those transactions from those two dates.

requesting or offering DMs is generally frowned upon since many scammers are lurking in DMs trying to steal people's crypto by compromising their wallets. As long as the video is on topic and does not present any instructions or guidance that can be considered illegal or promoting tax evasion, then it should be ok.

Everything below assumes U R in the u.s. There is often a deep dive push for more detail such as to show the history of ALL of your transactions, prove that your purchases and sales matching and corresponding transaction prices make sense in each and every case, state all wallet addresses you currently and have historically have controlled and if you are the sole controller of them and to prove and demonstrate the amount of aggregate ownership of each asset at the beginning and the end of each year.

It could also extend to requesting every tweet, every email, and every other correspondence you have had regarding cryptocurrency. These requests can get ridiculous, over the top, and violate 4th amendment issues.

Sorry if I burst your bubble, but, based on what I hear, audits can become hell audits, more than you can imagine.

I guess if we are ever at that point, feel free to remember what ever you like. And I’ll do the same. Have a good lawyer and know you’re rights. Hope it never comes to that.
