The dominance is forming a descending triangle (bearish pattern) on the local time frame.
Aggressive purchases on altcoins make sense after the breakdown of the support. For now it is a bit risky.

As long as Bitcoin stays below the $69,000 resistance, the priority remains downwards. The only question — if bears are able to take the opportunity or not.
There is an inverse H&S forming on the 2H chart, quite a weak formation this time, but still can work out.
All in all, bears have all chances to dump Bitcoin now. We still hold our Bitcoins, no point in selling there, as I said.
Dump will just gift us an opportunity to buy at a good price.
