Fees are the simplest signal that users are paying to use blockspace. Mid-September belonged to Solana, but the gap closed fast and then reversed:

• Sep 15–19: Solana led, topping out around $2.2M (vs BSC ≈ $0.6–0.8M).
• Sep 20–22: BNB Chain on top, printing about $1.1–1.4M per day, while Solana cooled near $0.85–0.95M.

The crossover followed the Aster launch, which received visible public support from CZ (Changpeng Zhao). The result is increased users' attention, liquidity rotation toward BNB Chain, and a shift in paid demand.
